Send prior records for a preliminary review
If you have prior surgery notes, imaging, or lab work, sharing them ahead of time helps the surgeon give you a more accurate assessment.
What to send
- Operative reports from prior surgeries.
- Relevant imaging (mammogram, ultrasound, CT).
- Recent lab results (CBC, metabolic panel, coagulation).
- Photos from multiple angles under neutral lighting (optional).

The most secure route is our contact form — attachments up to 20 MB. We do not accept records over unencrypted email. All submissions are governed by our privacy policy.
